Produced by Lennar, this 72 - single family home development is located in the hills outside of Gilroy, CA. Each house consists of 4-5 bedrooms and 3-4 bathrooms along with a 2 car garage; the square footage of each house ranged between 2164 and 3459 square feet. This project is unique due to the project’s original designs coming from another housing developer, then switching to Lennar standards, making the project a hybrid. The scope of work consisted of full plans, renders, and color & material applications. The project consists of 7 different housing plans, plan 4 is featured here.
